  • Paul Symons Site Manager With 24 years’ experience in construction, Paul has a vast experience of projects from small domestic extensions right through to high budget medical facilities and even a football stadium.
  • James Booth Site Manager A qualified joiner, James was self-employed within the house building trade prior to becoming a foreman for a building firm and undertaking maintenance work for a developer. He spent time on small project management with LGG before becoming assistant site manager.
  • Simon Hill Working Site Manager A joiner for 32 years, Simon became a supervisor with a major construction firm. Managing others has become second nature – Simon steps into his first management role with LGG.
  • Roxanne Monaghan Administration Friendly, approachable and the face of our reception, Roxanne has ample experience working in an administrative role within the construction industry.
  • Charlotte Foster Administration Charlotte provides administration support for the procurement and compliance parts of the business, co-ordination of its marketing activities
  • Andrew Wootton-Jones Senior Quanity Surveyor
  • James Hartley Design Co-ordinator James is responsible for ensuring all drawings are fit for purpose, working closely with project managers to relay any new information that is required for construction, and will be supporting the work of the production and wider design team
